Tandoor Delights
Tandoor cooking is an ancient Indian culinary technique where meat is cooked in intense heat in a dome shaped clay oven. The following dishes are prepared by roasting either marinated or un-marinated meat in our Tandoor oven. We marinade the dishes overnight in yogurt sauce blended with specialty spices.
