Curries Nepali Style
Our curries are cooked in small amounts of corn oil with specialty curry spices used in Nepal and North India. All curries are salted and moderately spiced to accentuate the taste of the main ingredient. You can select the level of hotness (Very MIld to Very Hot) you desire. Topped with fresh tomato and cilantro, all entrees are served with Basmati rice and homemade achar (spicy condiment).
